The Board of Trustees of "Academion University" holds its first meeting for 2026 to discuss strategic development paths
The Board of Trustees of APEXSCI International University held its first regular meeting for the year 2026, chaired by the esteemed Chairman of the Board, Professor Abdulaziz Barghouth, with the presence of the honorable members of the council, along with the university president, Professor Hayat Niaz.
The esteemed Chairman of the Board, Professor Abdulaziz Barghouth, opened the meeting with a welcoming speech in which he praised the diligent and ongoing efforts of the council members in providing unlimited support to the university, and in shaping policies that ensure its academic and institutional excellence. He emphasized the council's commitment to empowering the university and enhancing its pioneering role to reach global levels, and to providing all possible means to overcome obstacles and achieve its future aspirations.
During the session, the university president, Professor Hayat Niaz, presented a brief overview highlighting the university's key strategic achievements from 2025 until the end of April 2026, reviewing the initiatives and activities expected to be achieved and implemented by the end of this year, in addition to the features of the university's ambitious strategic plan.
In a related context, the esteemed Dr. Mishal Al-Mahlawi, Vice President of the university, presented the detailed financial report for the university, which highlighted the current financial situation and the optimal investment of available resources to ensure the sustainability of the university's operations and the development of its programs.
